Most of us grew up believing in every store's policy that "Customer is always right", but in times that the chaos between the manager and the customer started, who will you blame? Watch this video and find out who to blame.
This video that was filmed at a Starbucks branch in New York easily gone viral after netizens watched how the employee yelled at the customer.
The employee, who was actually the manager of that branch is seen in the video that she's accusing the customer, Ruby Chen for stealing a cookie straw.
However, according to the customer she just ordered a Frappuccino and a "Special straw”, she started checking her Starbucks Rewards on her mobile phone when the manager started yelling at her.
On the first video that was uploaded on the YouTube channel of Ruby Chen, she put a description about what exactly happened.
She stated that she was using her mobile phone to check her rewards when the manager started yelling at her to ask for her name to put in the cup but since she's using her phone she didn't heard what the manager said.
She also said that the reason why the manager thought that she's stealing the straw is because when the manager asked her to leave, she's holding a cookie straw which she actually get upon ordering a Frappuccino.
Because of this, the manager asked her to leave the store and not to come back again.
“Now give me the straw and leave. You’re not gonna get served here. Bye!” The employee told Ruby.
And according to reports, the manager was already fired.
This incident then caught the attention of the netizens. Some even posted comments saying that maybe not all customers are right. Some also said that the attitude of the customer is often based on how the employees treat them.
