The Cambodian PM won't pay $5K bet on Pacquiao until Judges explain why Floyd won

The Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen was very confident that the Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao is the winner of the fight of the century. The Prime Minister placed himself firmly on the side of Manny Pacquiao as he spent 15 minutes of a speech talking about the injustice of the unanimous decision made by the judges in favor of the U.S Fighter Floyd Mayweather.
According to the Cambodia Daily, The prime minister placed a bet of $5,000 for Pacquiao in the fight of the century.
"Yesterday, those of us watching couldn't give a point for Floyd, but the three judges unanimously decided that Floyd won... I send a message to American judges to provide an explanation for why Floyd won," he was quoted by the Cambodia Daily as saying.
The Cambodian Prime Minister also said that yes, he placed $5,000 but he would not pay until an explanation is released by the judges.
“Now if we were talking about yesterday’s fight, I owe you, but I will not pay,” he said (it was quoted by Cambodia Daily)
It was also said in the Prime Minister's speech that he didn't expect the judges of the fight of the century to be very weak that they were able to make a decision to make a winner become a loser. He even suggested a rematch between two boxers and to fight in China to avoid U.S influence.
The Prime Minister also said that Manny Pacquiao doesn't have to be disappointed with the result of the match because it was indeed an injustice match created by the judges.
