From A Dedicated Laborer, This Man Is Now A Successful Lawyer. AMAZING!

From a hard working laborer, a man is now a successful lawyer. 

When he was still taking classes as a college student, Howard Chan still remember how difficult he worked in various jobs such as a service crew in a fast food restaurant in Baguio.

He still recalls how other people would make fun of his job. But he did not give up. After 8 years of determination, Chan successfully graduated with a degree and passed the Bar exam making him a lawyer. 

It is already hard to be a student, but what made it harder is the fact that he needed to work as well to support his studies. 

But later on, Chan decided to resign from work and good thing that his friend introduced him to become a virtual assistant which gave him the opportunity to focus more on his studies. 

Until now, Howard Chan could not believe that he is now a lawyer. It is the fruit of his never ending perseverance. 

Now that he has the chance, Howard would like to give back to the people and focus on the issue involving workers' rights specifically, "Contractualization".

Emotionally Reunion Of A Judge and A Former Classmate Who is Now A Burglary Suspect

We'll never know what is going to happen in the future. The nice kids could change and bad kids could be the most unexpected people. 

Just like what happened in a court in Miami-Dade, the judge reunited with a former classmate. They were joined together for a hearing.

Arthur Booth got arrested for stealing, fleeing and resisting arrest. He was then brought to the judge Mindy Glazer. 

They were both trying to recognize each other. Glazer said, "I have a question for you - did you go to Nautilus (middle school? 

Booth was shocked by the question, he then covered his head and tears started to fall as he mumbled the words, "Oh my goodness, oh my goodness."

Then the judge said that as far as she could remember, Booth was one of the nicest kid in the middle school. She remembered how they used to play football together. 

Glazer added, "I am so sorry to see you there. Mr. Booth, I hope you are able to change your ways, good luck to you. What's sad is how old we've become. Good luck to you sir, I hope you are able to come out of this okay and just lead a lawful life."

According to the incident report of the arrest, he was spotted on a Honda Accord which is involved in a home burglary. The officer tried to stop him but he drove off and a pursuit happened. 

Booth had a bond that was set at $43, 000. The authorities did not declare if Booth asked a help of an attorney or lawyer to defend his side.

Men and women had been dreaming of their perfect relationship. Everybody have been setting their expectations on the qualities that the other person should have. A lot of relationship goals have been created such as walking on the beach together, watching movies and having a romantic date. 

But a couple that recently graduated from the University of the Philippines created a different degree for the relationship goals. 

Harvey Aquino and Donalene Sevidal's photo have been making rounds over the social media sites. What made it distinct is that the couple was wearing UP's official graduation attire and a medal. They both graduated with a degree in management economics and communication plus they both have Latin honors. 

They recently celebrated their 6th year as a couple. Aquino and Sevidal both went to Tayug National High School. They are both on the top students of their classes which made them graduate as a Valedictorian and Salutatorian. 

The couple said that commitment, trust, understanding and love are the basic foundation that they have in their relationship that is why despite having busy schedules they still managed to work things out. 

The achievers never felt that they were competing. They support each other at difficult times. They became each other's inspiration to push further. 

Now, the couple is aiming to give back to their fellow countrymen. Their next goal is to work hard and earn money to provide for their families. 

This couple is an inspiration for others. They say that love can wreck studies but they have proven that it could be a good thing as well.

A high record was sent on to the University of the Philippines as a degree holder of BS Biology gained a General Weighted Average of 1.004.

Tiffany Uy set the bars high as she graduated Summa Cum Laude and obtaining the record for the highest GWA since the World War II.

As said by the achiever, she was not the type of student who is "nerdy". In fact, she has a social life and a boyfriend. She just worked hard to gain what she has right now. It is all about setting the limits and managing your time well.

Tiffany proudly stood in front of her fellow graduates and delivered the message, "A life motivated by service is the most meaningful.

The near-perfect grade achiever talked about the great adventures that she had with her colleagues. She also took the opportunity to thank everyone who had been a part of her incredible achievement.

"Your minds, when inspired by imagination, are unbound by glass ceilings.When inflamed with courage to tackle real societal problems, and when grounded and motivated by our love for our country and its people can make the crafting of a sustainable and stable future for our nation not just possible, but rather, inevitable."

If you want to attain a high goal like being an Attorney/Lawyer, you must be able to finish a degree first. And with that you must be hardworking and determined to reach for your dreams.

But here in the Philippines, where poverty is one of the main problems that the country is fighting against. A lot of children who do not have much are forced to study with what they have. 

Even if you have nothing, it is not supposed to be a hindrance to attaining your goals in life.

This photo of a young boy will surely melt your hearts because of his perseverance in studying. The photo was taken on a sidewalk in Cebu, Philippines. 

The photo of the boy who was eagerly studying on the sidewalk to finish a homework for his English subject was taken by Joyce Torrefranca and it has gone viral over the social media sites. 

It is really heartbreaking how this child studies in a noisy sidewalk with not enough lighting while some student who has the opportunity to study just wastes it. They do not realize what they have and they are taking it for granted. 

According to Joyce, "As a student it gave me an inspiration to work harder. I'm fortunate my parents were able to send me to school. I seldom go to coffee shops to study, but this kid just hit me. You really don't need much, you just have to be determined and focused on the things that you want to achieve. I hope that this kid will inspire millions of people."

She Left School To Become A Butcher! Find out why!

A lot of people are working hard and studying hard just to finish college and to have a degree of their own, but what will happen if suddenly your family business needs you?

She is Charlene Chang, a 25-year old girl, pursuing a philosophy degree at Fu Jen Catholic University who left school to become a butcher their family business in Taipei City's Dongmen Market.

Everyone was surprised with her sudden career shift knowing that she's a gorgeous girl that was turned into a butcher in a market. She looks perfect that you wouldn't expect her to be a butcher!

Her everyday presence in the wet market indeed changed the place's atmosphere. A lot of customers chose to buy on her stall just to get a chance to talk to her. Some men were even hanging out at the stall asking for her number.

Moms and grandmothers are even going to her shop just to ask favors and hoping that she would marry one of their sons or grandsons.

She was so popular in the market that people started calling her as the "Pork Princess". Although she doesn't like the way people call her, she can't do anything about it. And for all the suitors, moms and grandmas she just laughed at them and told them that she's hoping to find the right man for her by herself.

This Street Child Begs For Money From Other People For Him To Go Back To School

This street child saves money for him to be able to study again

If you grew up in Manila, you might say that seeing street children is already part of everyone's day. Street children stays around Metro Manila asking for alms. But we can't deny the fact that people these days just don't know who to trust anymore because most of the street children spend their money for addictive drugs and solvents instead of spending it for food. But there's this kid who will really touch your heart once you knew his story.

He is Rommel Quemenales, an 11-year old street child who roams around Metro Manila together with his dog, Badgi to ask for alms. Rommel isn't like the other street children who's completely homeless. He lives in San Jose Del, Monte Bulacan. 

Rommel grew up without being taken care by anyone. His father fell in love with his coworkers and left him to be with his co-worker, just like what his father did, his mother also left them to be with her boyfriend.

The good thing is that he has someone with him now, he has his dog which he named Badgi. According to Rommel, he was really thankful to have Badgi because whenever there are other street children who would attempt to steal his earnings, Badgi will bark at them and scare them away. 

Although he is already in a tough situation of working hard to keep himself supported, he still managed to save money for his school supplies. Yes! You've read that right, Rommel is asking for alms, not to buy addictive drugs but to save it and use it to buy his school needs. According to him, he will be going to a public school in Bulacan next month and he already bought notebooks. 

At first, you might not believe with his stories, but as soon as you know him better, you will realize that this kid has big dreams. He wanted to have a degree someday and also wanted to be an actor. 

He also stated in his interview with "Coconuts Manila" that he's scared with barangay officials because whenever they see street children like him, they will get their earnings and claim that they will give it back to other people when in reality, they will just spend it for cigarettes.

“Nasanay na ako sa ganito kaya tinuloy-tuloy ko na. No choice naman ako para kumita ng pera,” Rommel said 

Whenever he has big savings, he goes home to Bulacan to visit his older sister and her husband.

From being a street child to an Atenean Graduate

Rusty is now an Atenean Graduate

A lot of people are really determined and are very much willing to finish studies in a prestigious school, the only problem is that they do not have enough money to support their studies and to pay the fees in prestigious schools.

Just like this 20 year old man from Cagayan de Oro who was once a street child who's exposed to illegal drugs, illegal activities and poverty. But because of his determination to finish his studies he decided to give his best shot at Xavier University for a slot of scholarship in Ateneo de Cagayan which is his dream school. 

Although he wasn't sure if he's going to get a chance to get a slot for the scholarship he still did it anyway.

“We knew right there that he was different, that there was something about him,” one of the faculty at Xavier University said. 

In an interview for the scholarship, Rusty quickly asked if they could translate the interview in "Bisaya" because he cannot speak and understand English. He didn't even deny the fact that he didn't finish elementary and high school. The only thing he's holding on to is his diploma in Alternative Learning System. 

What caught the attention of the faculties is when Rusty entered the room with no pretensions at all, he didn't even pretend that he knows how to speak English, his only goal when he entered the room is to get a slot for the scholarship.

In 2010, Rusty was admitted to Xavier University with a scholarship. He decided to study Development Communication and major in Education Communication. He could not believe that he got in, much less become a scholar.

“I know that getting in is just the first step and I worried that I may never survive the first semester,’ Rusty said.

Rusty was really having a hard time on surviving at school. To sustain his education, he needed to work while studying. He needed money for his own needs and also for the photocopies needed for school.

On March 28, 2015 Rusty proudly wore his toga and marched on his graduation day. Although he already has what he's dreaming of, he still doesn't forget where he came from and what he experienced before achieving this success. 

In return, Rusty spends his time with the street children. He often talks and encourages them to study and get out of the streets.
