In fact, in a video shared by the La Union Police Department showing a victim of the Ipit Gang, a customer can be seen in a line at the cashier of a bakery when a group of five people stand by at the end of the counter and do their thing.
Sadly, there are no other customers who notice the incident although the group is acting obvious that’s why they were able to get the woman’s purse.
