This Street Child Begs For Money From Other People For Him To Go Back To School

This street child saves money for him to be able to study again

If you grew up in Manila, you might say that seeing street children is already part of everyone's day. Street children stays around Metro Manila asking for alms. But we can't deny the fact that people these days just don't know who to trust anymore because most of the street children spend their money for addictive drugs and solvents instead of spending it for food. But there's this kid who will really touch your heart once you knew his story.

He is Rommel Quemenales, an 11-year old street child who roams around Metro Manila together with his dog, Badgi to ask for alms. Rommel isn't like the other street children who's completely homeless. He lives in San Jose Del, Monte Bulacan. 

Rommel grew up without being taken care by anyone. His father fell in love with his coworkers and left him to be with his co-worker, just like what his father did, his mother also left them to be with her boyfriend.

The good thing is that he has someone with him now, he has his dog which he named Badgi. According to Rommel, he was really thankful to have Badgi because whenever there are other street children who would attempt to steal his earnings, Badgi will bark at them and scare them away. 

Although he is already in a tough situation of working hard to keep himself supported, he still managed to save money for his school supplies. Yes! You've read that right, Rommel is asking for alms, not to buy addictive drugs but to save it and use it to buy his school needs. According to him, he will be going to a public school in Bulacan next month and he already bought notebooks. 

At first, you might not believe with his stories, but as soon as you know him better, you will realize that this kid has big dreams. He wanted to have a degree someday and also wanted to be an actor. 

He also stated in his interview with "Coconuts Manila" that he's scared with barangay officials because whenever they see street children like him, they will get their earnings and claim that they will give it back to other people when in reality, they will just spend it for cigarettes.

“Nasanay na ako sa ganito kaya tinuloy-tuloy ko na. No choice naman ako para kumita ng pera,” Rommel said 

Whenever he has big savings, he goes home to Bulacan to visit his older sister and her husband.

Here's an alarming news about how an unknown person abused this poor stray dog in Charleston, South Carolina. The dog was identified as Caitlyn, a 15 month old Chocolate Staffie mix stray dog that was found with an electrical tape tied around her muzzle, the electrical tape was too tight that it made her bit her own tongue.

According to the citizens in that community, Caitlyn is a well-known stray dog but is very friendly.

Because of the tight electrical tape, Caitlyn bit her tongue which resulted to continuous blood flow.

Officials believe that the tape has been on Caitlyn's muzzle for at least two days.

"A large part of her tongue may need to be removed surgically if the tissue dies from the lack of blood flow. She may severely disfigure, or the large amount of dead tissue may cause life-threatening complications." Dr. Lucy Fuller said.

According to Aldwin Roman, the director of Charleston Animal Society Anti- Cruelty and Outreach, leaving Caitlyn along the streets without something to eat or drink is painful, but leaving her in a position which brought her life in danger is so much more painful and heartbreaking.

The medical Expenses of Caitlyn's treatment will be shouldered by "Toby's Fund". A Charleston Animal Society's medical fund, which was made because of people who continuously donates for the protection of animals.

And now, $1,000 is being offered by the North Charleston Animal Control to anyone who can lead them to the man who did this to Caitlyn.

Everyone is really hoping for the fast recovery of Caitlyn, special thanks to the doctors who guides Caitlyn in her treatment.

Studies have already shown that people with low melatonin are more prone to cancer and other ailments because melatonin helps protect our cells from damage.

This Looks Like An Old Gigantic Tree Trunk. But As You Get Closer Your Mind Will Be Blown!

Maybe you're wondering why is there an old gigantic tree trunk that's lying on an art gallery right? But apparently, this isn't just an ordinary tree trunk. The artist Zheng Chunhui created this master piece that he called "Along The River During The Quinming Festival" Which he actually placed on an art gallery to blow people's minds!

At first glance you will just see a 40-feet long tree trunk that has red tape around it to avoid people from getting too close to the trunk.

As you look closer and closer, the tree trunk looks a lot more beautiful.

As they take pictures of it, they realized that it wasn't just a gigantic trunk that was placed in an art gallery. It turns out that it was a gigantic tree trunk that was carved perfectly!

This is considered as the world's longest wood carving according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

The sculpture contains a total of 550 people that was carved individually, not to mention all those structures in that sculpture. This sculpture is the replica of the famous Chinese painting "Along The River During The Quinming Festival" that was created by Zhang Zeduan during the Song Dynasty.

This Man Insults A Coconut Vendor, When He Speaks Up. The Rich Man Was Speechless

People often complain about the growing population of people who suffers from poverty. But have you ever thought that maybe these people are poor because of those who chose to be selfish than to think of these people and their family?

Why do we often bargain with those fruit and vegetable vendors who chose to stay under the sun just to earn money to buy food for their families, but then spend thousands of our money to buy expensive things in malls without a single bargain?

Those vendors along the streets are part of the "Poor" community who works hard to earn money to buy food. In this video, a rich man tried to bargain a coconut that was originally sold for 30 but this man wanted it to be 15 only. The vendor said that he couldn't sell it at 15 so the rich man got mad and insulted him, and even called poor vendors as thieves.

A few moments later, the rich man came back, drinking a branded cola. The coconut vendor then asked how much does that cola cost him and he simply answered 35. The vendor then asked how much he bargained for that and the rich man said that there's no bargaining in it because it was branded.

"From the rich you didn't even bargain for One rupee, and from us poor, you bargained for 15 sir." The vendor said.

And with that, the rich man was awakened. He then said that he was right.

In Colombia, police officers rescued a dog that fell into the dangerous flow of water in the Liboriana river that was caused by heavy rainfall.

It can be seen in the video that the dog was really scared because of the flow of water. This officer didn't even think twice about getting into the water just to save the dog. And once he caught the dog, they immediately pumped the dog.

What even surprised other people is when one of the police officers revives the dog with a mouth-to-mouth after rescuing it.

The dog was alive thanks to the police officers who saved its life. Although the dog suffered from injuries because of the rocks and debris in the river, they still expect that the dog will make a full recovery.

Others were not as lucky as this dog because, more than 60 lives of people were taken away after a landslide and flood crashed into the homes of people.

A lot of people are very much willing to help her, some paid the exceeding amount of her groceries, some gave her money to pay for it, but what caught their attention is the guy who counted his money and gave his extra to this girl.

To make this testing of generosity even more intense, they asked another guy to act as if he's against on how other people pays for the groceries of this woman.

This man is insisting that the good Samaritans should've kept their money instead of helping her. But the concerned citizens couldn't help but to fight with the man because of what he's saying.

Most of the good Samaritans said that they are giving not because they have plenty, but because they know how it felt to have nothing. They said that maybe helping this mother will cost them money, but the joy of helping fulfill their hearts.

In the end, they revealed that everything was just some sort of a social experiment where they wanted to test the generosity of people around them.

This homeless man returns a dropped wallet. What he received for being honest will make you cry

What would you do if you saw a dropped wallet in front of you? Would give it back or would you rather keep it? Many of you will say that they will give it back, but somehow when it really happened, everything's different. In reality, most of us will choose to keep it instead of giving it back.

The pranksters 'ViralBrothers' decided to test the honesty of people around them. They tried to test the honesty of the homeless people by literally dropping a wallet in front of them. Will they give it back? Or will they keep it?

These two had been walking around and dropping wallet and testing honesty but no one was honest enough to give it back. They were about to give up because it has been five days since they started dropping wallets, and none of it has ever returned. But, just like what they say, the moment you wanted to give up is actually the moment when the miracle happens.

Surprisingly, they encountered an honest homeless man. The homeless picked up the wallet, called the man and didn't even take a look of what's in it. All he did was be honest and give the wallet back. As soon as he had given the wallet to the owner, he asked for a little amount of money for him to buy food to eat. But instead of giving him a spare change, this guy gave him $1000 in return for his honesty.

"It will help me enormously." the homeless man told these guys after receiving the $1000

You see? You should always remember that you should not give up because the moment that you wanted to give up is actually the moment where the miracle takes place.

According to Linda, the mother of Mateo, he calls his parents by their first name to make sure that they are really paying attention to what he's saying.

It was also obvious that it was Ayra, the mother of the child was the one who posted the photo on her account unless her Facebook account was hacked.

What made the netizens even mad is the fact that Ayra seemed to be really amused with what she's doing with her child.

This man named Camille Parent brought his mother to a nursing home wherein other people can look after his mother while he's working. All along, he thought that bringing his mom to the nursing home will be the best for her, but he was very wrong. When he gets to visit his mother, he saw bruises and scratches on her face. That's the time when Camille Parent decided to put up a hidden camera in his mother's room for him to see what is happening inside his mom's room while he's gone.

He was more than surprised when he checked the camera that he hid inside his mother's room. He saw how this staff blown his nose in the bed covers of Camille Parent's mother, he saw how other residents walk in and out of his mother's room. What even caught his attention is when this staff, forced his mother to wear the adult diaper although it was obvious in the video that the patient doesn't want to wear it.

After watching this horrible video, Camille Parent then took action by showing the video to the CEO of the nursing home. And as expected, the CEO was more surprised with what he saw.

"That's not acceptable. Based on what I see on the preliminary investigation, It is totally unacceptable" The CEO said after watching the video.

This Man Hits The Old Lady Continuously In A Bus Terminal

We've seen a lot of video showing how people brutally hurt elders in public. Some are not even ashamed that the one's they're hurting are their parents. Here's another video that might piss you off after watching this guy hits this old lady.

This video easily went viral on Facebook as one concerned citizen uploaded it. Netizens watched it and were pissed off after seeing what this man just did to his mother.

According to some reports on Facebook, this incident happened on Thursday at the bus terminal in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.

It can be seen in the video how this man continuously hit this old lady who was actually his mother.

In the near end of this video, it was clear that the old lady was crying for help and she's already shouting which is a proof that she's already in pain.

But the worse part is when you realize that no one even dared to help this old lady. Even the one who took this video was bashed and judged because of filming the scene instead of helping the old lady.

People are indeed being very dependent to music, whenever they feel sad, happy, broken and even in love, they listen to music. They just find Reggae so relaxing yet entertaining at the same time.

Here's another Reggae band that you should watch out for. They are called the " Nairud sa wabad", this is a reggae band from Davao city. They often have gigs at the Reggae Grill in Davao city.

They already made a lot of reggae covers for different songs that you can check out in the YouTube channel of "Gian Enrique". One of these Reggae covers is "Upuan" that was originally sung by Gloc9.

The song cover was really catchy. Although the tune and the beat is relaxing, there were still some parts wherein you will be dancing to the beat. Their performance was so perfect!

As soon as this video reached the netizens, they started posting comments and opinion about how great these guys are, which is true! This reggae band is truly amazing!
