Not all Filipino families can afford hospital bills, that's the reason why as much as possible, parents are taking care of their children to avoid getting sick. Some families are using social media to ask for financial assistance for the family member who got sick, while others are using their work. Here's a story of a tough taxi driver.

A Facebook user named Mina Monina shared the tough story of Lauro Manuel, a taxi driver whose wife recently suffered aneurysm. His wife is now hospitalized for two months already.

According to Mina Monina, it was obvious that Lauro also suffers physically because of his lack of sleep. Manong Lauro is working as a taxi driver in the morning to sustain the needs of his wife and their children and at night, he will be staying at the hospital to look after his wife. 

Although Manong Lauro has a big problem financially, you will see that he's trying his best to look fine by smiling and laughing. 

But what made Mina Monina admire Manong Lauro more is when she saw the bond paper at the back of the passenger's seat saying that Manong Lauro asks prayers from his passengers instead of financial help. Now, the story of Manong Lauro is making rounds on the internet, so let us all help and give what he's asking for, let us pray for him and his family's safety!
