But did you ever think of what could possibly happen if both the customer and the staff were angry because of the issue?
This video went viral online because of its content. It shows an angry customer yelling at the customer service representative. According to the customer he was somehow disrespected by the customer representative in front of other customers in the mall, but then the customer representative began telling his part of the story wherein he said that the customer seems to be rude and at the same time disrespectful.
Some netizens didn't like what the customer did and with what attitude he showed considering that he graduated from a well-known university in the Philippines. However, a lot of netizens were also disappointed with the customer service representative because of the attitude he showed the customer and how he disrespected him as a customer.
We don't know the real story about this footage and we should not be basing on this video to know who is right and who is wrong because we actually don't have the right to judge anyone just because of a single footage. Although it was quite obvious that both of them have done something wrong, we should still respect them.
