Could you even imagine that you are having a singing duet with your idol? Or if you were given a chance to have a sing along with your idol, would you claim that chance? Or you'll just ignore it?
The Filipina YouTube sensation, Zendee Tenerefe grabbed the chance to have a duet with her idol, Jessie J using the application called "Sing! Karaoke" made by Smule. This application allows the users to get a chance to sing along with a particular artist, which may appear that they are having an actual duet.
In the video, Zendee Tenerefe and Jessi J's "Flashlight". The song was first heard in the movie 'Pitch Perfect 2' which now comes with different covers done by other singers.
As soon as this video reached the surface of the internet, praises coming from the netizens flooded Zendee Tenerefe's feed. Some even said that they had goosebumps while listening to the duet of Jessie J and Zendee Tenerefe.
Zendee was first discovered after her video while singing in an appliance store went viral online. After it went viral, she was then asked to guest on some shows including 'The Ellen Show'.
