Student loans are one of the most helpful things that you can have if you are a college student taking up classes. But others find it difficult to pay back their debt even though it has a less interest rate rather than a normal loan.

Well, this 25 year-old creative and innovative design student named Joel Weber came up with an idea on how he could prevent student loans.

He built a home out of a trailer and decided to bring it inside the University of Austin where he will be an incoming junior student.

An electrician and a carpenter volunteered to help him make this 145 square foot home happen. With a total cost of $20, 000, Joel will be saving up to $19, 000 from renting an apartment or dorm.

This home has its own electricity, stove, toilet, sink, shower room and his own study room. Anything that a student might need inside the home is available here.

He will be transferring this elegant home from Dallas to his University in Austin.

Joel will now be able to graduate without debts from student loan and enjoy his exquisite home.

What can you say about this idea of creating his home? Share us your thoughts below.
