A man lying on the street was shot in Caloocan

Time is indeed gold, every second is important most especially when it is a matter of life and death. How can anyone just look at someone and wait for his life be taken away? Why not just carry him and immediately bring him to the hospital, in that way you might have saved a life. Watch this video of a man that was shot in Caloocan City.

The video was originally uploaded in the YouTube channel of "Matteo Menesis" which was published last May 16, 2015.

The video shows off a man who's continuously bleeding while lying in the streets. It was clearly stated in the video that the man was shot in Caloocan on May 11, 2015.

You can clearly see that the man was feeling so much pain plus you can also see that as the clock ticks, he's getting weaker and weaker because of losing so much blood. What made the scenario even worse is that the people around him are just staring at him and talking about what exactly happened, I mean, if you're a man who thinks straight, after seeing this you will immediately think of bringing him to the nearest hospital but then no one did!

Surprisingly, according to the people who were present during this incident, the Barangay officials told them not to move or carry the guy who was shot for some "investigation purposes".

The guy was just carried and brought to the hospital after his brother came. Everyone in that place were all asking where the ambulance and the police officers are!

The worst part is, since they refused to carry him to the nearest hospital the blood that was lost was way too much than you could ever imagine, which is also the reason why his life was taken away.

You see? Every minute and every second counts, especially if it's about someone's life.

Watch how these people just stared at the bleeding man in the streets!
